Nope, I did not change any other policy besides the logon script

You haven't disabled client drive mapping somewhere in the policy that
is overriding the published app?

Subject: [THIN] Published Apps drive mapping

Hi everyone, I am having another one of those brain shutdown so if
anyone could give me any suggestions, that will be great. My problem is
when I lauched a published apps, I can't seem to get my drive mapping in
place. I setup a script that does all the mappings and then placed it
in the OU policy so that it starts the script during startup but still
no go. When I login via a workstation, it starts but when I start up
via published apps, it does not start. Did I miss something.

Thanks
Vince
