TSKILL is built in on Win2k boxes. You could also use pskill from
sysinternals.com.

Out of interest though, can programs be killed from the command line
somehow?

Novell load a bunch of helper programs whenever a user logs on. They
add up
to being a real nuisance with published apps. However wtslaunch from
www.go-eol.com should do the trick for you. It'll kill any left over
apps
wneh your published app closes.
