why not create a batch file that runs your command, then launches outlook,
then publish the batch file.

Hello everyone, I was just wondering if there is a way to run a command
before launch a publicated application. What I am trying to do is have
another program kick off before Outlook launches. Is there something I can
put in the command line to do this?
