If you have access to VB, you can create a simple app with an internet
control and remove all the bars/buttons then you just have to publish
that VB app.

I am trying to publish a website as a Citrix PS 4.0 published app and
have it locked from changing any IE settings (like going to another
website). I tried kiosk mode but the full screen isn't going to work
for clients who need to do things besides having the website on the
screen. Ideas?
