[THIN] Protocol error from client

I just received my metaframe1.8 on 2k server back from some software engineers.
Now, When you launch the ICA client and attempt to connect you get a protocol
error. Its as if the server is not online... The server is up. I have IP. I can
browse to shares. No errors in the event log.. I checked the ICA settings.....
I am at a loss..
What did they break? Any ideas?
