[THIN] Re: Program won't launch

I've tried WI and Agent but have not tried the full blown PN.  Both WI
and Agent fail though.

Are you using Web Interface or the full client?  On WI try using a
different browser (mozilla) to rule out IE settings. 

If it is IE clear all cache.  If it is the client open the PN console go
to tools, ICA Settings , Bitmap cache and click on the clear cache
button.

Also, how do you get rid of the Installing... Installing...
Installing... screen in outlook every time you open it.  I'm positive
that it has this behavior because Adobe is installed.
