Jan is correct that is a problem...the other issue is it is only about 15 users out of 1200 that are connecting to the 2000 servers the rest do not even have access to the apps on it and run on NT 4. I don't want to start messing with profiles on a global level. There has got to be an easier way. Has anyone come up with an easy way to change the path of profiles on a 2000 server to use Winnt/Profiles instead of documents and settings? This would probably resolve everything if I could just do that. A decision would have to made as to what apps would be grouped to a specific OS. But I think the original question was concerning different apps on different OS's and the profile was causing issues while using NFuse. -----Original Message----- From: Jan Broucinek [mailto:tinybeetle@xxxxxxxx]=20 Sent: Wednesday, May 21, 2003 1:58 PM To: thin@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [THIN] Re: Profiles I see a small flaw in this plan. Lets say I am logged onto a W2K server and make an outlook change and then log out. Then I log back in and am now on an NT server. My profile from the NT server profile store will not reflect the outlook change. Am I looking at this incorrectly?
