[THIN] Profile problem

Hello all.
I got a profile-problem on some of my Citrix servers.
Some users got the following error when loging on to some of the servers
inn my farm:

Windows cannot log you on because the profile cannot be loaded. Contact
your network administrator.
DETAIL - Access is denied.
###########################
And the following event is reported in the eventlog:

Event Source: Userenv
Event Category: None
Event ID: 1000
Date: 03.03.2004
Time: 15:24:09
User: NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM
Computer: SRV35
Description:
Windows cannot log you on because the profile cannot be loaded. Contact

Nearly all my users can work just fine on all servers, but some of them
got this error on one server. But they dont get it on the same server.
Can anyone help my out her?
