[THIN] Profile Duplication Question

Hi,
In previous versions of windows, when a user logged in to a server each
logon instance would have a unique directory - so if you have the same user
log in multiple times you could see -
auser
auser.001
auser.002
etc etc
On Windows 2003 this doesn't appear happen anymore by default. Anyone know
how to make it work the old way?
