Run the internet connection wizard in change user /install mode and if you
do not have a Proxy server be sure and uncheck the box that makes IE look
for a proxy. Go all the way through the wizard and launch IE at the end and
then put the machine back in change user install mode. Also look at the
hosts file on the server in the etc directory, you may have some invalid
entries there.
