[THIN] Problems with Icons.

Hi all.
I'm having problems using RDC beacuse when connects the icons disappears
and
the windows has crazy, hides portions of windows and cannot show the
windows correctly.
Using Rdp the client cannot view with more than 256 colors, but using Ica
it can be more.
Any idea.?
W2k Sp4 Mf Xp Fr2.
