It is not locked down. I can't even convert to PDF
as administrator.

I am having problems converting Office 2000 docs
to PDF on my Citrix server. I am using Acrobat V5.05.
The error message is:
There was an error found when printing "xxx.doc" to
c:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Desktop\*.pdf.
Any ideas?
