We have applied the patch that Phil pointed me to and we are still
seeing the problem after we get more than 10 users on the server.

 

Anyone else have any ideas?

No - you just need to post patch SP4 - there a couple of fixes that will
help your cause. 

Let me know if you need to the MS Article numbers

what OS and is Metaframe involved.    I am making an assumption that 
it is window 2000. 

there have been numorous issues with Windows 2000 SP4.
