Are they using Program Neighborhood, WI, or PnAgent to connect to the apps?

A quick call the end user usually does the trick... If not, a call to their
manager will fix the problem.

Subject: [THIN] Problem with Instance Limit

We have a published app with limit instance to 1 per user. We have noticed
problems with users running the app and locking up during login. We have
done some testing and this is what we found.

Users are trying to circumvent 1 instance limit by dbl clicking the icon
mulitple times very quickly and it allows them to run 2 and sometimes 3
instances of the app at one time. When they are doing this after a while it

causes the userinit.exe to lock up for that user. When that happens any
users attempting to run the app on that server get the blue window that just

sits there like its trying to load the app but it never loads.

Has anyone ever seen this? and if so, is there a fix for it?

Thanks,

Michael Boggan
