[THIN] Problem Connecting to Server

Citrix MetaFrame 1.8 running on Windows 2000.
My Citrix servers have been running great for over a year. Today it looks like
they rebooted without warning and now people are having a hard time connecting.
The real problem is that I've got some people connected without any issue,
however other people can't get on. There doesn't seem to be any pattern to the
madness either. Someone can't get on and the person in the cubical next to him
can. I've tried logging in with different usernames and that doesn't make a
difference. If I connection through an ICA connection it works but if I
connect through the Farm it doesn't. The error says something about no
applications available for the logon credentials.
