[THIN] Pro/FX Fixed Assets -- Printing

Hi folks;
Anyone have experience with running ProSystems FX on Citrix,
specifically the Tax and Fixed Assets products? We're having an odd
problem with Fixed Assets where the 'Printers' box is empty when a user
goes to print; the application will also crash after a Print Preview.
After that, Pro/FX Tax will complain about the CCH Tax Print driver not
being installed correctly when a user starts up Pro/FX Tax.
None of these issues occur if the user is a Local Administrator. They
are currently Power Users, with full permissions to the fake CCH Tax
Print 'printer', full permissions to the HKLM/Software/CCH* and
HKCU/Software/CCH* keys. The Citrix servers are MF XP FR2 systems/Win2K
SP3.
I've followed all of CCH ProSystem's recommendations as far as
installation -- the applications are both installed locally, with the
relevant INIfiles and registry entries pointing to the databases on the
server. Application updates to ProFX are installed in Install mode, and
the servers immediately rebooted afterwards. =20
ProFX Fixed Assets printing WILL work for 12 - 24 hours after that, but
then SOMETHING happens that knocks it out.
