Hi all, For some reason some of the print jobs get stuck in print the queue. This only happens few of the users using WYSE units with ICA client to connect to the NT4 Citrix terminal servers. IT doesn't happen with PC users, and nor does it happen with all the WYSE/ICA client users. Environment: - 2 NT4 Servers/SP6A running Citrix MF - Hp LaserJet 41000 printers with Jet Direct interface -Print Server is a separate NT4 Server/SP6A The odd thing is that if a job is stuck in queue it is only visible when you connect by ICA session. If I go over to either of the NT4 server and logon physically and look at print queues there it they will be empty. Furthermore, the stuck print jobs are never displayed on the print servers print queues either. The only way top delete the stuck jobs is by login on as admin through ICA session>Clicking Start>Settings>Printers>%Printer Icon%>Properties and deleting the stuck print jobs from there. Any ideas would be much appreciated. Thanks very much in advance.
