Do you have the latest printing hotfix installed?

You never mentioned what PS version you are running.

This has happened with a client on a deskjet and its prints out to a laserjet.

There has been no reported problems of print outs going to another client, they
are all coming back to a printer that is on the LAN of the TS network.

I believe 1320 is a known trouble driver…

Hi,

I have a major problem, and wondering if anyone can help.

I have a w3k term server running Sage accounts software. If I print out an
invoice and send it to my HP 1320 printer as an example, it will print on a
client’s 1320 printer.

This has happened with other users with different printers though are
intermittent and no pattern is visible.

Marc
