I don't believe I have any printing hotfix installed. I have a w3k term server running Sage accounts software. If I print out an invoice and send it to my HP 1320 printer as an example, it will print on a client’s 1320 printer. This has happened with other users with different printers though are intermittent and no pattern is visible. Marc
