If users are not members of the admin or power users do all of your ICA clients have unique names? Sometimes have seen this if workstations were imaged without unique ICA client names. Users start sending print jobs to each others printers depending who logs on first. If so they will be able to see all printers, and will occasionally print to them. I have a w3k term server running Sage accounts software. If I print out an invoice and send it to my HP 1320 printer as an example, it will print on a client's 1320 printer. This has happened with other users with different printers though are intermittent and no pattern is visible. Marc
