[THIN] Printing Issues

I have a client that is running 2000 terminal services, they keep loosing
their printer spooler due to low resources on the server this only
happens... of course.. when they run our software. They are using w2k
terminal services with and isdn connection to the internet and the rdp
client is giving them a desktop, then they our launching out app.
Any ideas?
