Also make sure that Everyone has full access to your spooler directory.
There's a Q article that explains this error.

Are you using the HP drivers, or aliasing to one of the W2K native drivers?
The latter is usually the recommended way.

Hello,

I have some problem using a HP2500C printer on Metaframe XPe. (Win 2k
platform). I am using the 2500C Series Printer driver.
The problem is it is very unstable. I get the following error in event
viewer.

GDI/Driver error in rendering.

Anybody else have this, or know how to resolve this problem??
