I use a script to map printers based on group membership from the logon script. The logon script runs and checks what groups the user is a member of and maps the printers from the print server. If the user moves I simply remove them from the group and next time they logon the printer is removed. Your best bet is 1) not allow users to browse and install printers. 2) setup a separate print queue with the correct driver (point the queue to the kyocera) and have the users connect to that. I setup a driver mapping for a kyocera to a HP LJ 4. The HP LJ 4 driver is on the citrix server. We have our users browse from their citrix sessions to the print server and then connect to the printer they need. But they are still getting access denied when they try to add the Kyocera. Is driver mapping only for auto-created printers? I REALLY don't want to have to add the kyocera driver to the citrix server.
