Is it possible that she has the printer set up to manual feed? I have

Subject: [THIN] Printer cutting off 2nd page

I have a user using a kyocera 1714 printer and when she prints, it cuts
off
the 2nd page of the document. Any ideas on what might cause this?
Thanks,
