[THIN] Printer Driver not showing up in Printer Manager

I have installed the Okidata ML 520 IBM drivers on our Windows 2000 Citrix
1.8 and XP servers.
On the 1.8 servers I redirected a clients local printer to this driver via
the wtsuprn.inf file. Works fine.
On the XP TS I want to redirect the driver in Management console, Printer
Management, Drivers.
Problem is it does not show up in there. I have added it to a couple of the
XP boxes and does not show up there.
I have looked at Citrix site and there are a couple of support articles
about not replicating but nothing about not showing up.
Nothing in the event logs.
Any idea's what I could do?
