Stupid Citrix error, at least on the version I'm on (XPe SP1)
I enforce the policy that as soon as someone comes along with an upper/lower
case printer, those without need to change their printer driver... CMC will
not allow for the entry of both.
I've successfully modified drivers to change the case of the driver on the
client to get around this.
You could probably manually update the WTSPRNT.INF files to do both, but
I've not tried it, and it kind of defeats the purpose.

In the CMC, Printer Driver Mapping. I have an HP printer that I'm
trying to map. The CMC claims that I already have the driver mapped. I
do, however the case of the letters "HP" are different. Does the
driver mapping now ignore case, or is this a stupid Citrix error? The
printers are;
hp officejet 7100 series = HP DeskJet 1200C
HP officejet 7100 series = HP DeskJet 1200C
It lets me add the 1st one, when I try to add the second one, I get
the error.
