[THIN] PrintScreen question

Probably answered, but a question :
I have a 16 bits app published and when i push PrintScreen key, nothing.....
When i open a Custom ICA connection with a desktop and i launch the
application, printscreen key send the document to the printer !!!
I read many messages in archive forum but i don't understand why printscreen
key send the document to the printer in a custom ICA connection and not in a
publish app.
i have download the printscreen utilty of thethin.net but how to make this
enable when you have only publish app ???
Should i publish printnow.exe or not ??
Shoul i launch printnow only on the server ??
If anyone have ideas...Thanks
