[THIN] Print jobs not printing - event 10 then 13

Just when you thought printing from Citrix wasn't toooooo bad we are having
the following problem with all HP 4+ printers on our network:
On the print server there is an event 10 with description: Document 131,
Microsoft Word - CHART.doc owned by SWheat was printed on Flicker via port
Flicker. Size in bytes: 54132; pages printed: 1. Then, in the same second
an event 13 with description: Document 131, Microsoft Word - CHART.doc owned
by SWheat was deleted on Flicker.
Watching the print queue the job is there for a split second and then gone.
No printer activity.
We've tried reinstalling the printer driver and no luck. We told one to use
a HP5 print driver and the job will print but the fonts and trays don't
cooperate.
Any help would be appreciated.
