I had a quick look but I wasn't able to tell. When you bring up task manager the check box "Show processes from all users" is grayed out thus only allowing you to see your running tasks. I had a look at a XP computer and noticed that if the user does not have admin rights the box is grayed out. So I think I might have told you wrong and in fact the users can't see all users tasks because they do not have admin rights on the Citrix servers. Users with locked down desktops could view only their running tasks and can end them. Alternatively if a user's process becomes hung what is the best way for that user to kill it? -Kevin
