Not unless the logon script from the user's domain is what is mapping
the home drive and not the user attribute.

I tried using the TSProfile path to a US Server... It seems to ignore it
and
still map X:\ to the International server.
Am I missing something?

How about setting a TSProfile Path to a server that is closer to the CTX
servers. That is what it was intended for. Plus if you are using 2003
(which
you probably aren't) you can set the TS policy up to override their
existing
home drive settings and go where ever you want.

I know this sounds strange, but how can I prevent Home directories (Set
under the Profile tab in AD) from being mapped?
Our International users are logging on and the HomeDrive is being
"searched"
(like it's in the Path) causing huge delays.

I would rather have NO login script to be run.

Is there an easy way to bypass the Home Folder?
