I have seen this article. I attempted to do this by creating a users
account called DOMAIN\COMPUTER$ and give them db_owner. Then, I try and
create the ODBC connection but it still puts in the username of the
account I am logged in as for the Login ID. I then go to the CMC and
still gives me the same error.

I am currently building a new PS 4.5 farm. Everything works
fine but I am unable to configure the Summary Database in the CMC. When
I try to connect to it, I receive the error on the test Database
inaccessible. Now I have used a domain user account to be a db_owner of
the summarydatabase that I created. I also setup the rmsummarydatabase
in the ODBC connection. I do a test after creating the connection and
everything show Test Successfully. Not sure what I am doing wrong here.
I have done this in the past with 3.0 and 4.0 and everything just
worked.
Any suggestions would be great.
