[THIN] Presentation Server 4.5 Summary Database connection problems...

I am currently building a new PS 4.5 farm. Everything works fine but I
am unable to configure the Summary Database in the CMC. When I try to
connect to it, I receive the error on the test Database inaccessible.
Now I have used a domain user account to be a db_owner of the
summarydatabase that I created. I also setup the rmsummarydatabase in
the ODBC connection. I do a test after creating the connection and
everything show Test Successfully. Not sure what I am doing wrong here.
I have done this in the past with 3.0 and 4.0 and everything just
worked.
Any suggestions would be great.
