Has anyone got a document that goes thru the process of building a Metaframe 
Presentation Server 4 farm using "best practice".  I remember reading an 
article by Brian Madden (??) that went thru best practice for Metaframe XP.  
Doe's anyone have such a document for Presentation Server 4?

I know there are plenty of manuals out there but Im under the gun and need 
to implement a new farm ASAP.  I need to also provide timeframes for each 
stage of the deployment.  Has anyone got ballpark figures on this that they 
used in the past?

Eg

Create new automated Windows 2003 SP1 server builds - 4 Day??
Create Citrix Group Policy - 2 Days??
Configure Citrix Licensing - 1 Day??
Configure Citrix Servers / application installation - 4 Weeks??
Configure Printing - 3 Days??

I'll be migrating our existing XP farm to a new Presentation Server 4 farm 
(we don't want to upgrade existing farm).  Our existing environment runs 
Nfuse/CGS with around 5 XP 1.0 servers hosting around 50 applications.

I know such answers is specific to different environments. I just need 
ballpark figures based on your experiences.  I have experience in XP 1.0 but 
have no idea how long it will take to upgrade to the newer technology.

Any help / links appreciated..
