If you are already running Metaframe XP, you can consider this an
upgrade as opposed to a migration.  Although they no longer advertise
it, Presentation Server is a rename of the MetaFrame product line. 
You can expect lots of improvements, very few bumps.  Now, how you
handle the Windows2000 Service Pack you may be adding along with it
can be a different story.  Just spend a morning doing your homework
and you'll be fine.

The OS is your biggest consideration.  If you have the ability, it's a
good time to upgrade to server 2003.  Terminal services has matured
considerably in this OS and you'll get much better performance and
stability.
