[THIN] Popup blocker in lieu of W2K3 SP1?

We have decided against W2K3 SP1 for the time being and I was
wondering what others are using for a popup blocker. I am going to
test the Google toolbar but wondered if there is anything else/better
that is in use (and/or if the Google toolbar has worked in your
environment).
