I found these to reg hacks in the Citrix Forum for this problem.

value : 0

Man, would I love to see the answer to this one ... We've been running a
custom app for years now, in a remote window rather than seamless just for
this same reason. A modal dialog will pop up and accidentally the user
clicks behind it, so they're stuck.
Only happens in seamless.
