[THIN] Policy removed, but still hangs to that server...

I had a policy, filtered to a single server, stopping com port mapping.
Came to find out that caused an unforeseen issue.
I deleted the policy.
Guess what, when you make a Citrix connection to that server, even as an
admin, still can't map a com port.
Thoughts?
