I've done that before...it's doesn't query live with the server location...but checks for updtes everytime they log on. Has anyone ever tried loading the startmenu from a shared (server based) location? If so where there any gotchas? It seems to be cached on login for each user, so I don't think it queries back to the server each time you press start...=20 But I am a little concerned about moving it to a central place, as I have never seen this done before. Some are NT and a couple are=20 Windows 2000. For some users we publish a locked down desktop which has certain=20 applications on the Start menu which they need access to (this being on the=20 Citrix servers). These are located and dictated by the Programs under the All=20 Users folder.
