[THIN] Policies

I would like to disable the Tools / Option menu in Publisher 2000. Pub9.adm
for Publisher does not have this unlike Word and the other Office 2000
products. I tried adding the entries in Word to Pub9 but it does not work -
Tools/Option is not grayed out. Has anyone tried this yet? The value for the
registry entry ToolsOPtion is 522 and perhaps it is different for Publisher.
How do I get the correct value?
