[THIN] Peregrine Service Center 6 on MF PS v3

Trying to get this to work but the problem is that it creates a .lock file
and only lets one person in.
The file gets created in
C:\Program Files\Peregrine Systems\Peregrine ServiceCenter
6\WORKSPACE\.metadata
Using sun Java.
Anyone out there had any luck working around this?
