I'm looking for confirmation or challenge to something I've been told by a
consultant we've engaged.
I'm told that the Question Base Authentication cannot be migrated when user
accounts change domains. This would mean users would need to re-enroll
when they migrate to a new domain.
Managers are wishing this wasn't so; just wanted to run it by The List and
see if anyone could confirm or refute the above.
