Actually, Password Manager console syncs with a file share or AD and the agent
syncs with the same file share or AD.
Which one is failing? In the console you must connect to the synchronization
point and choose "Configure SSO Support" to
store the settings in the console in the central synchronization point. The
agent will get the settings automatically
assuming the agent is configured to sync with the synchronization point.
