[THIN] Password Manager and java window

Any of you pwd mgr gurus help me out?
An Oracle (java based) app is opened when a user goes to a url e.g. -
http://intranet/oracle1
A different Oracle (java based) app with the same window title opens when a
user goes to a different url e.g. - http://intranet/oracle2
Only oracle1 should be managed by password mgr.
The app definition tool cannot see any fields in these java based forms so I
am using sendkeys. All that i can get out of the form using the app
definition tool is the Window title.
When users goto http://intranet/oracle2, Oracle pops up with the same window
and password mgr enters the details. I don't want this to happen for
oracle2.
How can i differentiate between the 2 java apps so oracle1 can use password
mgr and oracle2 is ignored?
