All users have NT 4 boxes that they logged into. After changing their NT
password, they are getting the credential message when trying to get into
NFuse. We have asked them to clear the IE cache and cookies....is there
anything else we need to clear?

How are your using logging into their computers/terminals? You could be
having issues with cached passwords.

Some users, after changing their password, are not able to get
authenticated via the Nfuse interface; they can usually get in through
program neighborhood. Users keep attempting to refresh and retry, and
they usually can get back in... I have one user who can access a
particular application in the Citrix Program Neighborhood, but is
getting the "Citrix Server reported that the Credentials were incorrect"
when trying to access another application via the NFuse interface.
Any suggestions?
