Do you have Edgesight client installed?
We had some seamless issue with XA 6 HRP01 and Edgesight client.

We have re-enabled short name creation and even recreated the image. All short
names (progra~1, …) are present. Still, the issue persists …

We've had issues with the XA tweaks from Citrix. Don't use disable
8dot3namecreation.
