Yeah but note they updated it again on December 8th of this year so they must 
of got people calling in again with the problem..most probably from the noted 
hotfix.

I must say I have always liked this article.  Especially the last line....
 
NOTE: The cause for the disappearance or corruption of these registry keys is 
currently unknown.
 
Yippee...
 
Difficult when you are supporting prod environments and the automagially 
disappearing keys.
 
In fairness I haven't seen this happen for a few years....

I just installed the new PSE400W2K3RO1 Hot Fix to resolve wfshell errors on one 
of my citrix servers.  Since I installed the update, I cannot launch published 
applications on that server.  Error indicating that the server is not accepting 
connections.  All appears to look good.  I then installed it on a second test 
server and the same thing.  Uninstalled the hot fix and still, the same problem.
 
Has anyone successfully installed this new hot fix.  It was posted last week?
