[THIN] PS4.0 to 4.5 datastore upgrade

I have a PS4.0 environment, soon to be 4.5. I am planning to migrate from
access to sql.
Before I do this, I would like to move the access database from one server
to another. Currently the server sits on a high spec server, and I have a
lower spec server available. Please can you point me in the right direction
to find out how to do this. I am sure this is a simple process, but I am
unable to find the information.
