Make sure you are using the latest version of UPHClean, if using SP1,
you should be using the 1.6d

Philip,
We installed office using custom MST and we disabled all office
assistants.
I'm putting the rest of the recommended PS4 hotfixes on the servers
tonight and we'll see what happens.
