I think this is the ScreenSaver Timeout.

The GPO setting is here;
User Configuration>Admin Templates>Control Panel>Display

If a user walks away from the app for too long, when they get back they
see the ctr-alt-delete screen asking them to unlock the computer.

This app is published via anonymous user.

Is there a group policy that I need to enforce on the server or is
there a Citrix setting I need to alter?
