You cant install PS 4 on domain controllers.

I'm getting an Error 10001 when I try to install PS 4.0
on a new PDC. Has anyone successfully done this?
I see by a forum thread that you can't do it, but it worked
fine with XP2???? I've got a small farm and need this to work.
