[THIN] Re: PS4 Client Printing Issue

Try disabling/uninstalling AV on that machine - apparently some can block
printing (notably McAfee 8.5)

Thought of that, so we reset them for one user, still no luck.  That still
wouldn't explain why User 1 can't print from her machine but can print from
User 2's machine though.
